Are there special washing instructions for apparel from Two North?

We recommend machine washing our garments in cold water on gentle settings. While it will not harm our apparel, we do not recommend machine drying our garments as it is a harsh method and shortens the life of any garment. 

What are my shipping options?

Our current shipping options are "Priority" and "Standard" shipping for all orders within the United States. For international orders we offer "International Economy" shipping. 

What is the exchange and return policy?

You may exchange or return your item within 30 days of purchase.  To exchange or return an item, please contact us at [email protected] for details. For an exchange, you are responsible for sending the item back to us, and we will send you the correct size when we have received the item. For a return, when you send the item back to us, we will refund your money. 

Will Two North be releasing new apparel?

Two North releases collections on a seasonal basis. As each season comes to a close, keep an eye out for new releases for the upcoming season.
